We're Hiring
We are a tight team of former Tableau engineers and Microsoft data architects. We build enterprise data environments for companies that can't afford to get it wrong. If that sounds like the work you want to do, we want to hear from you.
Why Work Here
Work from anywhere in the US or Australia. We have been remote-first since day one — no hybrid compromise.
You will work on environments that matter. No toy projects. Real architectural decisions with real consequences.
Your colleagues are former Tableau engineers and Microsoft architects. The bar for quality is set by people who built these platforms, not just used them.
Senior roles are client-facing. You will own engagements, not just execute tickets. Growth here is real.
Open Positions
Design enterprise-scale data environments for mid-market clients. Own the architecture across cloud platforms, data modeling, and lakehouse design.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines for enterprise clients. Work across ingestion, transformation, and orchestration layers using modern cloud tooling.
Translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable analytics. Deliver dashboards and reports that drive real decisions, not just pretty visuals.

Workplace Policy
We are fully distributed across the US and Australia. No central office. Remote is not a perk — it is how we are structured.
Work from anywhere in the US or Australia. No co-working space required. You are responsible for a professional setup during client calls.
We do not track hours. We care about deliverables, client relationships, and the quality of your work. Set your own schedule around your core overlap window.
You cover the business hours of the clients you are assigned to. US client — US hours. AU client — AEST hours. Your PM agrees coverage expectations before the engagement starts, not after.
Company laptop at onboarding. Up to $500 USD / $750 AUD home office allowance. Monthly internet subsidy of $60 USD / $90 AUD.
Some engagements require on-site presence for workshops or go-live support. Travel is coordinated and covered. It is not a routine expectation.
No fixed leave balance. Take the time you need, communicate it in advance, and ensure your client commitments are covered. Local public holidays respected.
We review every application. If we see potential, we will be in touch within 5 business days.
