What You'll Do

Own dashboard and report delivery across enterprise client engagements — from requirements gathering through to production deployment
Work directly with client stakeholders (business analysts, directors, heads of data) to understand what decisions the data needs to support
Build clean, performant Tableau and Power BI solutions — not just charts, but analytics that actually drive decisions
Write SQL to extract, transform, and prepare analytical data sets from complex multi-source environments
Maintain and improve existing client analytics environments — performance optimisation, data model improvements, and documentation
Communicate clearly on progress, blockers, and design choices — internally and in client-facing conversations
Contribute to DataArchitect.co's reusable analytics standards and delivery templates

What You'll Need

3+ years of hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI at a professional level
Strong SQL skills — comfortable writing complex queries across large, normalised data environments
Experience working with enterprise data warehouses or lakehouses (Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
Ability to gather and refine analytics requirements from non-technical business stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering analytics work that business teams actually use
Clear written and verbal communication — you can run a requirements workshop and write a handover document
Organised and self-directed — comfortable managing your own delivery on multiple simultaneous engagements

Nice to Have

Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud administration experience
Power BI workspace administration and deployment pipeline experience
Basic Python or dbt knowledge for data preparation tasks
Experience working in a consulting or client-facing professional services environment
Financial services, healthcare, or logistics industry background
